part 23

(continuing from iku and Anna having a conversation clearing things up.)

this is a “please progress the story part”.

iku gets the basement expansion done, it’s a full on second hotel in the hotel, bar, lounge and rooms for all night shift employees, it’s somewhat like a tight knit family with a scary lunatic at the top. The hotel it self starts doing a whole lot better, besides iku’s efforts to make it a better place, her own notoriety makes the hotel a somewhat alluring place for tourists like “oh look it’s the murder hotel so scary”. Anyone who even remotely says that iku’s involved in murder is sued by her and Anna makes sure the case goes in iku’s favor. The city also benefits from her being there, asides from the revenue that she’s bringing in, she also gave the city a bit of a fresh blood with new people coming around to check out the city and her hotel. Because of this the part where the hotel is goes from an Amber color to the White color with the ad signs.

On multiple occasions she’s contracted by officials to do some jobs from them, so the local police ignores her doings, besides they really don’t wanna fuck with her. She doesn’t take questions from reporters, in-fact on multiple occasions she threatened them with “i’m going to break that camera and shove it up your fucking pegged out ass.”

Guns wise she’s stocked, Kalashnikov’s, D-eagles, Mag loading shotguns. She also gets a back holster. So in total, two guns on her hip holster, and space for two guns on her back, ofc she never carries 4 guns but it’s not uncommon to see her with 3. She never has her hip holster off. Literally everywhere she goes she has her two handguns.

Eventually new hires come into the night shift, some of them also work around there too. Say for example Adam, He’s young like 18 at the time, troubled guy, but really good at stealing shit, and also is really good at being a server, so iku makes him do both. Around the bar he’s one of the people who serve the drinks up. He has his friend group there, all part of iku’s gang, after working he sits down with them to drink (illegally btw, he’s not 21 yet.).

iku also does mostly petty jobs, exes who had bad break ups, drug transports, but no major incidents in this year. Anna still gives out somewhat cryptic jobs but she assures iku that most of them are actually important.

If she’s not on a job or hanging out with Anna she just hangs around in her bar. Keeping an ear out for conversations she could join or listen for the morale of her employees.

As the year is ending she gets a fourth floor done in the hotel, it’s empty besides a dedicated room for iku. It’s more like an apartment instead of a hotel room (i’ll send a profesh layout drawn in paint).

22nd birthday happens she gets visited by Anna but once again she doesn’t make anything special out of it.

The next part or two will contain the “pilot”, the thing that supposed to be seen first, after the pilot, the main story starts.
