(continuing from pilot1)

They get to a non descript burger place (for copyright reasons).

Once they’re inside they walk up to the kiosks to order, however iku can’t really do it, she’s still a bit messy and she doesn’t wanna smudge up the screen, and Anna doesn’t wanna use it since she doesn’t want to leave fingerprints behind.

So they walk up to the cashier to order, he’s a 16 year old underpaid student who clearly is so done with his job that he ignores iku’s scary appearance and Anna’s intimidating look.

They order.

They proceed to sit down next to a window that shows the view to the beach, it’s a big slope with a road that snakes down. The sun is almost done setting, and there’s a couple who’s jogging. iku stares out the window, meanwhile Anna is on a dating app, looking at guys.

The man in the couple trips and falls.

iku finds it hilarious.

iku: (snickering “Yo, A. Yo.” snickering “Look outside.“)

Anna: (“Shut up, you’re going to cause a scene.“)

Anna looks outside, the man is being helped up by his girlfriend.

Anna: (“Man that’s just really mean.”)

iku: (“You haven’t seen how he fell, it was really really funny. And like, what, I’m supposed to be nice?“)

Anna: (“I’m not having that conversation with you.“)

Their food arrives.

Once again iku gets a big meal while Anna gets a smaller meal.

They dig in, turns out both of them we’re way hungrier than they’ve told each other. After a while they finish up their meal and leave.

iku takes Anna home.

Anna: (“I’ll get you your share tomorrow okay?”)

iku: (“Yeah that’s fine.”)

iku heads home into her hotel, she talks a tiny bit with some of her employees but she doesn’t stick around. She goes to her room and immediately starts throwing all of her clothes to the clean towel that’s on the ground. After that she goes in the shower and cleans her self off. After getting out she puts on the usual comfy clothes and wraps up the towel with her clothes in it, and takes it down to cleaning.

After all of that she wants to relax, so she lays down on her couch and turns on the tv for some background noise and starts scrolling on her phone.

As she’s scrolling an emergency broadcast starts playing on the channel.

Newscaster: (“A public service alert is issued from the city government; Do not drink tap water and do not take baths in the water, take a shower if necessary. The water purification center has had an incident with a shooting and there’s no one to watch over the machines until Tuesday…“)

As iku hears this she messages Anna.

iku <(“yo was i settling ur beef again?“)

A <(“You’ve got paid right?”)

iku <(“fair enough.”)

iku after a while goes to bed.

Waking up the next morning she feels hungry, so she checks her fridge. It’s empty, so she dresses up and walks down to the nearest store, where she frequents. However on her way down a creepy old guy looks at her and grabs on to her breast.

iku freezes on the spot. The old man is greedy, trying to get a better feel.

iku turns her head towards to old man.

iku: (“You like them?… I grew them myself you know.“)

After a second she gives the man an uppercut.

iku: “hungarian” (“YOU CREEPY OLD FUCK” kick “KEEP YOUR FUCKING DISGUSTING HANDS TO YOURSELF.” kick “YOU FUCKING BITCH!!“)

Luckily there’s no one really around to hear her, and she keeps kicking the old man until she’s satisfied, the man definitely has broken bones.

She enters the shop not far from there. And she proceeds to find a clerk.

iku: (“Yo you guys might wanna call the police or an ambulance, there’s a homeless bum bleeding not far from here.“)
