part 4

(continuing from iku going to bed after big burgers (insane continue note))

a catch up note is required here since i forgot to tell this to you, iku not only sleeps naked (freaknation), but also always hugs something while sleeping, a pillow, a plush - anything. this is due to her never really having a proper transition between being a kid and being an adult (yknow cause she was yanked out of being a kid). her go to hug thing is a pillow.

It’s around 9 am, iku’s still in a deep sleep. Nate tries to wake her up.

Nate: ( knocking “Hey iku? You awake?”)

iku: ( groaning, deep morning voice “What do you want?“)

Nate: (“I need to show you where you can get the income of the hotel, plus breakfast, and after all that I want to show you around the city.”)

iku: (“Well come back later, I’m still tired.“)

Nate: (“Just get up please, I’m gonna go make breakfast, I’ll bring it to you.“)

Nate leaves to make said breakfast, and iku finally makes her way out of bed.

iku: “in thought” (“Great, puppy boy is gonna be way worse than i thought. Fuck, I shouldn’t have let him get me burgers.“)

She stumbles around a little getting her underwear on. After she’s done that she throws a white t-shirt and a dolphin short.

Nate is back at the door, with two plates, both have two club sandwiches.

Nate: (“Can i come in?”)

iku: (“Sure.“)

Nate enters iku’s room. Setting the 2 plates down in the kitchen.

Nate: (“I made club sandwiches, hope you like them.”)

iku: (“Yeah thanks.“)

As he turns around, iku is leaning down to plug in her phone.

iku: (“… Did you just check me out?“)

Nate: (“Uh no— i mean yes b-but it was an accident, I’m sorry!”)

iku: (“Ugh, whatever.”)

iku walks by Nate to grab a sandwich.

Nate: (“What do you say to if I show you around the city first and then talk about the boring stuff?”)

iku: (“Yeah sure.“)
