It’s 12 am.

They eat most of the cake, just a little bit left, so iku asks one of the waiters to put it back.

Adam’s phone buzzes and he quickly checks it.

Adam: (“Ah sorry guys, I think I have to dip.”)

iku: (“What’s up?“)

Adam: (“Mom asked me to come up, she knows I’m free today. I don’t wanna make her wait much.”)

iku: (“She lives in the city?“)

Adam: (“Yeah yeah, she’s in the suburbs, up the hill.”)

iku: (“It’s best you go now, I’ve also got some stuff to take care of too.”)

iku and Adam say their goodbyes to Liam and Brian. iku goes up to her room and starts packing up Jimmy’s stuff, Lucas and Jake arrive in a couple hours, they’re the ones who’s gonna pick him up from school.

Anna eventually arrives at iku’s place, and they just sit around relaxing, chatting about nothing in particular, Anna doesn’t really wanna talk about any jobs cause she’s still a bit whiplashed after the square job.

Around 2pm-ish Jimmy and his brothers arrive.

Jimmy runs up to iku and Anna while Lucas and Jake stand in the door.

Jimmy: (“iku!!!!!!!!!! Ms. A!!!!!!”)

iku picks him up and gives him a big ol’ hug :). Anna in the meanwhile waves at the brothers.

iku puts down Jimmy and Anna moves in to hug him aswell. iku then walks up to them and gives both handshake with a back pat.

iku: (“You guys are early, i wasn’t expecting yall for a couple more hours.“)

Jake: (“Yeah we just took him out of school, didn’t wanna rush anything today.“)

Lucas: (“Yeah he was super hyped up all day apparently, pools man, his one weakness.”)

iku: (“Haha yeah, I told him a bit early cause I didn’t want him to continue freaking out. Eurozone square job.“)

Lucas: (“Holy shit that was you?“)

Anna: (“Yeah, and I’ll kill her if she accepts something so dangerous again.“)

Lucas: (“Well good thing he got over it then.”)

iku: (“I comforted him too. I didn’t want him to see me like that.“)

Jake: (“When are we going to the pools?”)

iku: (“We can go there right now if you guys wanna. Just wait for us to change.“)

Jake: (“We should just go up to the pools, take Jimmy, and let you girls change here.“)

Anna: (“Sounds good!“)

They go up to the pools, iku and Anna start changing into their swimwear.

iku: (“Oh yeah, I’ve got some flip flops here, I don’t know if you bought anything with you.“)

Anna: (“Ah nice, I didn’t even think of that.”)

iku: (“I’ve also got some sunscreen here. I hate asking but will you get my back?“)

Anna: (“… Sure… Can you get mine too?”)

iku: (“Yup!“)

Anna: (“Alright then.“)

They get changed, and get apply sunscreen. iku’s side-tie is a bit tight, but not too much, only a little bit overflowing. Anna is trying to not give iku deathstares since in this situation she isn’t trying to show off.

iku: (“Cute hat!“)

Anna: (“Well thank you! :)”)

iku: (“It really does fit you. Kinda envy you. Sometimes it’d be nice to wear something like this.“)

Anna: (“Try it then.”)

iku: (“Naah. Not my style.“)

Anna: (“Eh, whatever you say.“)

They walk up to the roof, Jimmy is ruffling trough things, Beach ball, water proof card game (uno). Lucas and Jake are kinda stunned to speak.

Anna: (“What? Cat got your tongues?“)

Lucas: (“Uh no, we’re just… we’re just fine right?“)

Jake: (“Yeah.. Yeah, We’re good.”)

iku: ( laughs “Get it together guys, I know we’re stunning, but we both have our preferences.“)

Jake: (“Yeah. Right. Sorry.”)

iku jabs Jake’s shoulder lightly.

iku: (“It’s aight’, we’re chill. Let’s get in the water.“)
